November-December 2007: GED Test-Takers and Educational Attainment

This map of the month depicts the relationship between educational attainment of individuals within a block group and the number of individuals who sought a GED in that block group between 2002 and 2006. There appears to be a correlation between high percentages of individuals over age 25 who do not have a high school diploma or equivalency and high rates of GED attempts per 1000 individuals in the population.
